Fees & Deadlines

Regular and student fees cover attendance to the Conference, the Welcome Cocktail on September 16, the excursion to Coimbra on September 19, visits to museums and collections in Lisbon, lunch and coffee breaks, Programme and Book of Abstracts.

Students must send a copy of a valid student card. If you are a student, note that you may be eligible for a Fee Waiver - click here for more details.

Fees do not include Optional Activities: the Workshop (September 18), the Symposium Dinner (September 20) and the excursion to Porto (September 21). Details on registration for the Exhibition Workshop (September 15) to follow soon.

Accompanying persons

Accompanying persons can participate in the excursion to Coimbra on September 19, visits to museums and collections in Lisbon, and the social programme (Welcome Cocktail on September 16, lunch and coffee breaks). Accompanying persons can participate in the optional activities by paying the corresponding fees (see table above).

Note that if an accompanying person wishes to attend sessions or receive the Symposium materials, he/she must submit a registration form and pay the regular fee.

Registration is now closed.

Payment

Registration is completed only after payment. Any registration without payment will be subject to processing delays. Payment can be made by cheque (in euro) or bank transfer. We regret that due to technical and administrative problems we cannot offer payment by credit card.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellation requests must be made by fax or letter to:

Cancellation requests received until July 1 will receive a full refund of registration fee. Cancellation requests received between 2 and 31 July will receive a 40% refund. No cancellation requests can be accepted after 1 August.

Confirmation notices

All participants will receive confirmation of registration by email. Confirmation notices will include your registration information (e.g. name, address, accompanying persons, etc) and status of payment. The notice will also indicate whether a registration is complete or requires additional information. Please read your confirmation notice carefully.
